1. Introduction
MenWithFoilHats is an interactive online community that offers rich, user-generated content where everyone has the ability to voice their opinions, be heard and ultimately be reviewed by the community. MenWithFoilHats, Inc. (“We”, “us”, or “MenWithFoilHats”) encourages and facilitates knowledge share through user generated polls, or Social Voting. Social Voting allows for users to not only create their own community around an issue, but also to have that community participate and contribute content relevant to that issue.
BY PARTICIPATING, USING OR VIEWING THIS WEBSITE OR ANY CONTENT THEREOF YOU INDICATE YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (the “Terms of Use”) AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MenWithFoilHats’S PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH IS PUBLISHED AT http://www.MenWithFoilHats.com/privacy, AND WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use the MenWithFoilHats Website or its Content.

The Website includes all content available on or through the MenWithFoilHats website including but not limited to User Content, polls, poll results, comments, discussions, blogs, and MenWithFoilHats Content whether accessed via the MenWithFoilHats website or third party websites (“Content”) and services including but not limited to the Poll Widget and any other technology or tool that facilitates the posting or placement of MenWithFoilHats polls on third party sites (“Services). Users include “Visitors” (who simply browse the Website and/or vote anonymously in polls whether on the MenWithFoilHats Website or third party websites) or “Members” (who have registered with MenWithFoilHats). By using the MenWithFoilHats Website as a Visitor or Member, you (“User,” “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and you are only authorized to use the MenWithFoilHats Website (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to these Terms of Use.

2. Grant of Rights and Limitations – Use of the MenWithFoilHats Website
MenWithFoilHats provides the Website to its Users and your use of the Website is authorized only as provided by these Terms of Use. MenWithFoilHats reserves all rights in and to the Website not expressly granted by these Terms of Use.

Non-commercial purposes include, for example:
Posting on a profile page on an another social networking website;
Posting on a personal blog, message board, discussion group, chat room or forum;
Posting on a site you might manage for a well-known individual (such as a celebrity)
